One of the most famous Italian cocktails in the world is the Negroni, a classic on the palate of lovers of a good snack. In 1919, Count Camilo Negroni, who only ordered American preparations made with Campari and martini rosso, told him a twist on the drink that has lasted for years and has a week dedicated to his honor. To enjoy it alone, you need three ingredients in equal parts: gin, red vermouth and Campari.
- 1 ounce of Gin Bulldog
- 1 ounce of red vermouth or Cinzano Rosso
- 1 ounce of Campari
- A slice of orange.
- An ounce of each of the ingredients is the most recommended to have a delicious Negroni.
- Pour the ingredients into a short Old Fashioned style glass with plenty of ice and mix so that they integrate well.
- Garnish with an orange wheel.
The whole tradition of this drink can be celebrated in the Negroni Week o Negroni Week (September 13-19), an opportunity for connoisseurs and stakeholders to try and learn more about this cocktail.
