Pisco Sour: Recipe | nnda nnni | RECIPES


  • 14 ice cubes
  • 8 oz pisco puro de quebranta
  • 2 oz gum syrup
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 clear
  • 4 drops of angostura bitters


Fill the shaker with six ice cubes and let it cool for a minute. Discard the ice and add the pisco, the gum syrup, the lemon juice, the egg white and the remaining ice cubes. Beat for eight to 10 seconds and serve by straining into two chilled glasses. Garnish each glass with two glasses of Angostura bitters.

If you don’t have gum syrup, you can replace it with two teaspoons of sugar for each glass. To prepare more than two pisco sours, use the blender and multiply the portions by the number of cups required.
