Ingredients:
- 350 gr. of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 125 gr. of sugar
- 175 ml. of orange juice
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of grated ginger
- 1 pinch of grated cloves
Preparation:
- To enjoy this rich blueberry saucethe first thing to do is wash the fruit very well and check that they are all in good condition, otherwise it is better to discard this blueberry.
- Put them in a pot together with the sugar, orange juice, ginger, cinnamon powder and cloves.
- On medium-high heat, wait for it to start boiling and lower the heat to low.
- After about 12 minutes the blueberries should be done, stir so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Once all the blueberries are well melted turn off the heat and add the zest and orange. Stir and set aside to enjoy with the turkey.
