Easy recipes for pickets and drinks to take to the beach | RECIPES

summer is the favorite resort for many people, it is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a day of relaxation and fun at the beach or pool. Although the atmosphere is already completely pleasant, having picnics and drinks according to the weather can make the experience fascinating, even more so when you are in the company of family, friends or your partner. If you are thinking of taking a weekend off, here are some easy and inexpensive recipes that you can prepare before leaving home or if you bring a cooler with the ingredients to make your cocktails.

Whether it’s outdoor gatherings or beach and pool days, these options will return to your favorites for midday snacks while you wait for lunch. The recipes come thanks to Electrolux specialists who recommend the use of the Airfryer Grand Efficient EAF31.

What to prepare for a beach day

1. Tequeños of ham and cheese


  • ½ packet of wantan dough
  • Cheese of preference we recommend Edam or paria
  • American ham
  • oil
  • A brush and a glass of water


  1. The dough is cut into squares, wet each square with water and let it rest for 2 min.
  2. Cut the cheese and ham into small pieces and place the desired amount in the middle of the square.
  3. Fold the dough from side to side and the upper ends in order to prevent the filling from coming out.
  4. Give a pinch with oil when the tequeño is armed and the measurement in the AirFryer for 10 min. They will be golden!

2. Nutella or dulce de leche rolls


  • 8 slices of loaf bread
  • Nutella or white manjar (amount of your preference)
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 package of melted butter
  • A roller


  1. The first step is to roll out the pieces of bread with a rolling pin, then spread with Nutella or white food and roll up the bread.
  2. Put them in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
  3. When you take them out, spread the rolls with melted butter and pass them through a container that has the sugar and cinnamon powder mixture. Ready to enjoy!

3. Chicken fingers


  • 400 g of chicken strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ of evaporated milk


  1. For the preparation you will need to preheat the fryer to 200 Cª.
  2. Then in a bowl place the evaporated milk next to the chicken strips and then bread with ground bread.
  3. Put them in the fryer for 30 minutes (15 per side), serve and enjoy a healthy snack.

4. Tinto de verano


  • red wine
  • White soda
  • Lemon or orange slices and chopped fruit


  1. Put 3 ice cubes in a glass and serve half of your preferred red wine.
  2. Add white soda, lemon or orange wedges and chopped fruit to taste, if desired.
  3. You can opt for red fruits such as berries, strawberries, blueberries, among others.

5. Mimosa


  • White sparkling wine, extra brut
  • orange juice
  • Marasquin cherries


  1. Place in a glass white sparkling wine, extra brut at chilled (frozen) temperature.
  2. Mix with orange juice to taste and add 2 maraschino cherries.
  3. You can make the recipe with a game of duration and the mixture will also come out delicious.
