In the summer we run away from some heavy dishes or meals and we prefer much fresher and digestive proposals or any preparation that is quick and we don’t need to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.   3. Greek style vegetables: chop the eggplant, zucchini, pepper and white onion, sauté in olive oil and add fresh thyme at the end.
  4. Cook the pasta al dente, add the pesto, brown the burgers for 3 minutes on each side, and accompany with the Greek vegetables.

  • 200 g of ground meat
  • 1 oregano branch
  • 1 or

  • 2 red onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 branch Fresh thyme
  • 1 Laurel
  • 1 cup of broth
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 rama Parsley
  • White vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Broccoli
  • Vainita
  • 80 gr Papa bb


  1. Meatballs: Make a dressing of onion and garlic, then mix with the ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. sauce: cut onion into small squares, add tomato paste, cook 8 min, add carrot into cubes and liquefied tomato. Finally add vegetable broth or poultry, add bay leaf and simmer for 30 minutes, until reduced.
  3. Chimichurri: liquefy oregano, parsley, garlic, white vinegar, salt and olive oil.
  4. Cook the broccoli and vainitas the natural way, cook the potatoes in salted water and finish them in a frying pan.
  5. Brown the meatballs 8 min, add the sauce and serve the potatoes with the chimichurri, accompany with the natural vegetables

  • 200 gr chicken
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ red onion
  • Parsley
  • 2 cda Sillao
  • 1 tsp Culantro
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 pinch Comino
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 70 g of quinoa
  • 30 gr brown rice


  1. Cook the rice and quinoa, brown 1 clove of garlic, add the rice, quinoa and add 1 ½ cup of water and cook over low heat.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of cumin, brown in a hot pan with a drizzle of oil. Reserve the chicken and in the same pan sauté the onion cut into feathers, the tomato cut into strips. Finally add sillao, white vinegar, return the chicken, add coriander and cook for 3 min.
